Our code of ethics and set of principles

Each of our staff members takes pride in adhering to the highest code of ethics, which governs everything we do and how we carry out our mission.

Intro
Communication
Communicate the integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, trust, and professionalism expected of specialists and provide a means for experts to pledge their commitment to these principles.
Integrity
Employees should maintain appropriate ethical behaviour at all times. Adhere to moral and ethical principles and values such as honesty, honour, dependability and trustworthiness.
Teamwork
All members taking part in a project should work together coherently to achieve outstanding results. Although it may be considered cliché, it is true that “Teamwork makes the Dream work”.
Reliability
Keeping up with time-frames and deadlines is highly significant. Serve clients with integrity, honesty, competence, objectivity, and professionalism, placing the client’s best interests above all others.
Transparency
The team must maintain their clients' confidence at all times. It is achieved by being fully transparent and completely understood in every step of the process.
Fair Pricing
Profiteering is a term we are vehemently against it. Our clients get fair treatment, and pricing should always be a win-win scenario for all the parties involved.
Beyond the scope of business

Secular code of ethics

Sustainability
It is our duty to live in a way that doesn't waste unsustainable resources. Sustainable society lives within the carrying capacity of its natural and social system. It has a system of rules and incentives that promote replenishing and limit depletion and pollution. We make sure that our actions and resources do not have any negative impact on our precious planet.
Care for the Vulnerable
Those who are medically or economically disadvantaged should have priority of care and the opportunity to succeed in life. Giving not only financial donations but investing time, resources, and effort into making a change for their lives is what makes a substantial difference.
Benefit the Greater Good
Make sure that our decisions help others rather than just ourselves. It may not always be the case or applicable to the jobs we undertake, but we make sure to make up for every chance we may have lost. Do good for others, and good will come back to you. We believe it is as simple as that!
